Somewhere in every office, one person gets handed the holiday party.
They pick the date. They chase the headcount. They collect the dietary requests, sort out who sits where, and then spend the evening watching the door instead of talking to anyone.
If that person is you this year, this page is for you.
Send us your date and roughly how many are coming. From there your coordinator takes the room, the menu, the timing, and the bar off your desk. You approve it, and then you leave it alone.
Company parties have been coming back to our Wine Cellar year after year, and the night we aim at is a simple one. Everybody sat down. Nobody checking a watch. One room that feels like it belongs to your team until you’re ready to leave.
That’s the one we’d like to build for you... so that on the night, you get to be a guest at your own party.

Where Your Holiday Party Fits
Every one of these is indoors and private, from a hundred and thirty down to a single long table. The only real question is how many of you there are.
Our Garden Bar & Patio holds more than any of these, at 120 seated and 200 standing. It is also outdoors, so we would steer you back inside for December and save it for you in June.

Company Parties That Came Back
From the people who organized them.
“Booked our company holiday party in the Wine Cellar and the experience was fantastic! The staff was pleasant and helpful to take care of the guests at the bar and the food was served right on time and tasted delicious. Decorations around the room were great to set the feel of a holiday party and the seating was perfect for a mix of bar interactions and seating conversations. We will be back next year!”
“We have returned here year after year to have our company holiday party and it never disappoints! The staff is very attentive and friendly, we didn't need anything additional which speaks to how well the event is run. The food is delicious and the Wine Cellar is such a beautiful event space, especially at Christmas.”

The mailing address says Glen Mills. The tavern itself sits in Concord Township, Delaware County... which is where the Crown in Concord name comes from.
That matters more for a work party than for most events, because half your room is driving in from somewhere else. We are an easy run from Concordville, Chadds Ford, Garnet Valley, Media, West Chester, and Wilmington, DE. Parking is on-site, so nobody is circling in the dark looking for a space.

Holiday party questions
How far ahead should we book a company holiday party?
As soon as you have a date in mind. Send us two or three that could work for your team and we will come back with what is open, which room fits your headcount, and a per-person quote. Nothing is held until you say yes and the deposit is in.
Which room is best for a company holiday party?
It depends on your headcount. The Wine Cellar takes the largest parties at 90 seated or 130 standing, and it is the room we would start with for a company party. The Library seats 65 with a fire going. The Britannia Room is the quiet one, seating 32, and suits an intimate team dinner or a holiday luncheon. The High Tops suits a smaller team that would rather stand than sit, at 30 seated or 40 standing. Our Garden Bar and Patio holds more than any of them, but it is outdoors, so we keep it for the warmer months.
Is the tavern decorated for the holidays?
It is. The rooms are dressed for the season through December, so you are not starting with a blank hall and a shopping list. If you would like to add your own centerpieces, place cards, or a gift table, bring them along and tell your coordinator what is arriving and when.
Can we do a cocktail-style holiday party instead of a sit-down dinner?
Yes, and for a work party it is often the better call. Passed hors d’oeuvres, stationary boards, and chef-attended stations keep people moving and talking to someone they do not sit near at the office. You can mix the two as well: a standing hour to start, then a buffet.
What are the bar options for a company party?
Three. An open bar is priced per person, per hour, from $10 to $17 depending on the tier. A consumption bar is tallied by what your guests actually drink. A cash bar means guests pay for their own.
Are there room fees or a minimum spend for a holiday party?
No room fees, no linen fees, and no credit-card fees. Menus start at $29 per person, and your final per-person price depends on the menu and beverage package you choose. A 20% service charge applies. A $100 deposit holds the date and comes straight off your final bill, though a $250 non-refundable deposit may apply in peak season.
Can we book a weeknight in December?
Yes. We host private events Tuesday through Sunday, so a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday in December is very much on the table. Monday is the only day we cannot do.
Our team is spread out. How easy are you to get to?
We are on Route 202 at 451 Wilmington West Chester Pike, an easy drive from Concordville, Chadds Ford, Garnet Valley, Media, West Chester, and Wilmington, DE. The mailing address says Glen Mills, though the tavern itself sits in Concord Township, Delaware County, which is where the Crown in Concord name comes from. Parking is on-site.

Send us the date and a rough headcount. We will come back with the room that fits, a menu built around your team, and one per-person price with nothing hiding underneath it.
Then in December, you get to hand over your coat and enjoy the party you booked.
